Bella Vista Water District is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Water Treatment Superintendent (T5) to lead the District’s Water Treatment Department. This key leadership role oversees the operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the District’s water treatment, production, and storage systems.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of five staff, support long-term planning and system reliability, and ensure the delivery of high-quality water to our community. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Position Highlights:
• $105,000 – $132,000 (DOE)
• 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
