This 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) describes current and future water uses, reliability of water sources, and existing and planned water conservation measures for the Bella Vista Water District (BVWD). Water resources and demographic data are provided for the years 2021-2025, and water supplies and demands are projected through 2050. This document is an update to the District’s 2020 UWMP.

This UWMP complies with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (UWMPA) established by Assembly Bill 797 (AB797), September 21, 1983. UWMPs must be prepared by any water supplier that provides water for 3,000 or more connections or delivers more than 3,000 acre-feet (AF) per year. UWMPs must be updated every five years. This UWMP satisfies new guidelines established by the State in 2025.
